30.1 Synchronous Control
Position alignment after power ON
Normally, positions of the master and slave axes deviate at power ON, thus the position alignment for this deviation is
required.
Below are the position alignment methods.
When synchronous error automatic correction at servo ON is enabled "#1281 ext17/bit3 = 1"
The position of the slave axis is automatically corrected to the position of the master axis at servo ON.
When synchronous error automatic correction at servo ON is disabled
Position alignment is done automatically by carrying out manual zero point return. But the zero point related parameters
need to be correctly adjusted and set.
When zero point has been established, synchronous error check is carried out even before this position alignment.
