2.3.1 Joint #1 Reduction Gear Unit (Table Top Mounting)

1. Remove the Arm #1 side cover.

2. Remove the grease plug from the Joint #1 grease

3. Attach the grease nipple to the Joint #1 grease

4. Inject grease from the grease nipple using a

5. Remove the grease nipple from the Joint #1

6. Attach the grease plug to the Joint #1 grease

7. Install the Arm #1 side cover.

Grease: SK-1A

Grease amount: 11g

grease inlet.

If the grease plug is damaged or deteriorated,

replace it with a new one.
