The upper piston tip is damaged.
Replace the upper piston tip, then repeat the calibration.
The upper piston tip contains sample or debris.
Select Unit > Clean System to clean the system, then repeat the cali-
bration.
The chamber was not empty for the blank analysis.
Repeat the analysis starting with a clean, empty chamber. Do not load
sample until prompted to do so.
A piston tip is damaged or very dirty.
Clean or replace the piston tip.
Your instrument may need servicing.
