Finish your edit session of the defaults and close the dialog. Then
restart the automatic analysis.
The Read-Only attribute is turned on in the application's
MICATTR.DIR file (this file exists in each folder containing sample or
parameter files).
Use Windows Explorer to access the folder containing the
MICATTR.DIR file and disable the Read-Only option.
