The detected vibration frequency will be displayed.

Frequency detection will not be performed if there is no vibration in the position error
occurred or the vibration frequency is outside the range of detectable frequencies. The
following screen will be displayed if vibration is not detected.
In this case, measure the vibration frequencies with devices such as a laser displacement
gauge and vibration indicator.
If vibration is not suppressed after an automatically detected vibration frequency, an error
may exist between the actual vibration frequency and detected vibration frequency. Exe-
cute fine adjustment for detected vibration frequency.
