When the zero point is adjusted, 'o' is returned.

When the pressure is beyond the range of the zero point adjustment, 'n' is
returned.

 When the initialization fails, or no compatible device is connected, 'n' is
returned.

Checking the value of filament power monitoring of SH200

The value that is set the maximum power supplied to the SH 200 filament as
100% is returned to "XXX".
 This value is larger when the emission current is at 1mA than at 10μA, and
when the pressure is higher. The value also varies depending on the
measuring gas.
The maximum value may not be 100% due to variations in the power supply of
the SH200.

If the maximum value is more than 90% or less than 20%, it is nearing the
end of the filament.
