12.6 Funzione connettore test
È possibile effettuare un test completo della protezione utilizzando
l'apposito apparecchio SACE Emax TEST SET applicandolo al connet-
tore TEST (fig. 48 rif. I). Con questa unità si può effettuare il test descritto
al par. 4 di conseguenza non è necessario avere le due unità di test in
contemporenea.
Con questa unità si controlla tutta la funzionalità dello sganciatore in
particolare:
– Fornisce un segnale singolo alle fasi L1, L2, L3 e NE per il test delle
funzioni di protezione L, S e I
– Fornisce una tensione di alimentazione ausiliaria
– Fornisce un segnale per il test della funzione di protezione G
– Fornisce un segnale per il test della funzione di protezione rapida Iinst
– Fornisce un segnale per l'inibizione del comando di apertura del
solenoide di apertura SA
– Fornisce un segnale per il test dello sganciatore SA
– Legge gli stati attivi delle funzioni di protezione L, S, I e G
– Legge lo stato attivo del comando di apertura del solenoide di
apertura SA
– Legge lo stato attivo del set della soglia della protezione rapida da
corto circuito Iinst
– Legge lo stato di funzionamento del microcontrollore
– Legge il livello di tensione digitale del circuito elettronico

12.6 Test connector function
A complete test of the protection can be carried out by using the special
SACE EmaxTEST SET, applying it to the TEST connector (fig. 48 ref.
I). With this unit the test described in para. 4 can be carried out and it
is not therefore necessary to have the two test units at the same time.
With this unit all the release functions are checked, and in particular:
– It supplies a single signal to the L1, L2, L3 and NE phases for testing
the L, S and I protection functions
– It supplies an auxiliary power supply voltage
– It supplies a signal for testing the G protection function
– It supplies a signal for testing the rapid Iinst protection function
– It supplies a signal for inhibition of the opening solenoid OS opening
control
– It supplies a signal for testing the OS release
– It reads the active states of the L, S, I and G protection functions
– It reads the active state of the opening solenoid OS opening control
– It reads the active state of the threshold set of the rapid protection
against Iinst short-circuit
– It reads the state of operation of the microcontroller
– It reads the digital voltage level of the electronic circuit
