8.3.3 Controllo dell'usura dei contatti
– Asportare la camera d'arco
– Chiudere l'interruttore.
1) Regolare l'albero agendo sulle viti di pos. 2 fino ad ottenere la quota
B = 0,5 (fig. 33a).
2) Allentare viti di pos. 1.
Portare le bussole del comando (pos. 5) in appoggio sull'albero
agendo sui dadi di pos. 4 (fig. 33a).
Attenzione: le bussole non devono frenare l'albero.
Serrare le viti di pos. 1
3) Solo per E4 - E6
Allentare viti di pos. 6.
Portare bussole spalle intermedie (pos. 9) in appoggio sull'albero
agendo sui grani di pos. 7 (fig. 33b).
Attenzione: le bussole non devono frenare l'albero.
Serrare le viti di pos. 6
4) Chiudere l'interruttore. Verificare che la quota A (fig. 33) rientri nei
valori indicati. Se per qualche polo la quota A non rientra nei limiti:
– aprire l'interruttore e regolare in corrispondenza del polo seguen-
do le istruzioni ai punti 1-2 o 3.
5) Serrare i dadi di pos. 3 - 4 - 8 e sigillarli con vernice gialla.

8.3.3 Checking contact wear
– Remove the arcing chamber
– Close the circuit-breaker.
1) Adjust the shaft by working on the screws in pos. 2 until the distance
B = 0.5 is obtained (Fig. 33a).
2) Loosen screw in pos. 1.
Put the operating mechanism bushings (pos. 5) resting on the shaft,
working on the nuts in pos. 4 (Fig. 33a).
Caution: the bushings must not slow the shaft down.
Tighten the screws in pos. 1.
3) Only for E4 – E6
Loosen screw in pos. 6.
Put the intermediate shoulder bushings (pos. 9) resting on the shaft,
working on the dowels in pos. 7 (Fig. 33b).
Caution: the bushings must not slow the shaft down.
Tighten the screws in pos. 6.
4) Close the circuit-breaker. Check that distance A (fig. 33) is within
the values indicated. If distance A is not within the limits for some of
the poles:
– open the circuit-breaker and carry out adjustment in correspond-
ence with the pole, following the instructions given in points 1-2 or 3.
5) Tighten nuts in pos. 3 – 4 and 8 and seal them with yellow paint.
