7. Clean, insert and tighten breather.
8. Wipe up any excess oil.

Check Axle Transfer Case Oil Level

1. Park the machine on a level surface and shut off engine.
2. Allow axle transfer case to cool if necessary.
3. Remove oil level check plug (1, Figure 5-39).
4. Verify oil is to the bottom of hole.
5. If not, add oil until level with hole. Refer to Section 8 for oil specifications.
6. Clean, insert and tighten plug. Wipe up excess oil.

Check Axle Differential / Brake Oil Level

1. Park the machine on a level surface and shut off engine.
2. Allow axle/differential case to cool if necessary.
3. Remove oil fill/ level check plug (1, Figure 5-40) located on the front side of the
axle or plug (2) from the back side of the axle.
