Description:
Enables or disables the averaging of measurement results.
When the average function is enabled, the 2461 TYPE C takes
100 measurements and derives the average value. Note that
the resolution increases by one digit when this function is
enabled.
NOTE: This function is only available with frequency (on
channel 1 and channel 2), period, ratio and time interval
measurements.
