Set the UCT to its default state. Select 50Ω input impedance for
input 1, and select external frequency standard.

Configure UCT as follows:

If the UCT is fitted with a TCXO or OCXO oscillator option,
connect the UCT internal reference output to the external signal
source 10MHz Input. Configure the external signal source to
accept the 10MHz reference from the UCT.
Connect the Function Generator to the UCT as shown in Figure
6-1.

Apply the frequencies, amplitudes and resolution settings given
in the following table to the UCT. Check that the UCT gives a
stable reading within the tolerances given, at less than the
signal levels given (example: a stable reading at 20mV instead
