Returns the current auto trigger setup setting for the
specified channel.
If the functions PHASe, RISE:TIME, FALL:TIME, PWIDth
and NWIDth are active, then the query returns ON.
If the functions VOLT:MAX, VOLT:MIN and VOLT:MIDD are
active, then the query returns ON if the channel specified is
the same as the channel currently configured for the
measurement function.

<MINimum|MAXimum|DEFault>
DESCRIPTION:
Selects the minimum frequency the auto trigger algorithm will
detect reliably for the purpose of speeding the auto trigger
function.
PARAMETERS:

MIN = 50Hz
MAX = 1000Hz
