parameter.
The optional <expected value> and <resolution> parameters
are used to derive the required number of digits of resolution.
Their units are seconds. The actual resolution derived by the
2461 TYPE C is determined by both the input signal and the
resolution set.
INITIALIZATION:
*RST Resolution = 8
EXAMPLE:
"MEASure2:TINTerval? "
Instructs the 2461 TYPE C to make a time interval
measurement between an event on channel 2 and a
following event on channel 1 (assuming that separate input
channels are being used).
*******************************************************
MEASure[1 | 2][:SCALar]:TOTalize? [<expected value>,
<resolution>]
MEASure[1 | 2]:ARRay:TOTalize? <array size> [,<expected
value>, <resolution>]
DESCRIPTION:
These commands set the 2461 TYPE C to totalize events
occurring at channel 1 or 2. The counting interval is
controlled by electrical start and stop signals applied to the
channel 2 input (Totalize 1 by 2) or to the channel 1 input
(Totalize 2 by 1). These commands cannot be used to take
Manual Totalize measurements (refer to
SENSe:TOTalize:MANual ON | OFF).
Note that the arming of the stop circuit can be delayed for a
time set by the operator. This prevents the measurement
interval being stopped prematurely by spurious pulses, such
as those caused by contact bounce. Refer to the
SENSe:TINTerval:DELAy:TIME and
SENSe:TINTerval:DELAy:STATe for a description.
The return of intermediate totalize results (reading on the fly)
can be enabled by using the SENSe:TOTalize:INTermediate
