Description:
Selects the number of digits of resolution. This is in the range
of 3 to 10.
In frequency, period, ratio and check modes, the gate time is set
by the resolution selected. The resolution of phase and totalize
measurements is determined by the input signal.
The resolution setting may be changed indirectly by the
CONFigure:ARRay and MEASure:ARRay commands and by
the SENSe:APERture command.
