High Throughput Measurement
This section shows the high throughput measurement example of the capacitors insulation
resistance test using the 4349B, an external voltage source, and a handler.
1.
Set up the measurement systems. Figure 6-3 shows the typical system. Refer to \
Installation" in Chapter 2 for information on setting up the system.
2. Enter and run the following sample program.
