correction data.
[:SENSe]:CORRection:DATA
Returns the OPEN correction data (DC current measurement value). (query only)
Query response is a numeric value in < NR3 > format.
[:SENSe]:CORRection:DATA
Returns the capacitance measurement data Cres which is taken in the OPEN correction and
used for the contact check function. Cres is required to nd the contact check e ective range.
See Chapter 8 for more detail. (query only)
The capacitance value Cres returned by this command shows the total measurement system's
stray capacitance, including the 4349B's internal stray capacitance.
The returned Cres is typical data, and it is not guaranteed.
Query response is a numeric value in < NR3 > format.
[:SENSe]:CORRection[:STATe]
Sets or queries if the correction data is enabled or not.
,
Correction data is enabled.
,
Correction function is disabled.

[:SENSe]:CONTact:DATA
Returns the capacitance data at dut mesurement. The contact check function uses this
capacitance data. Refer to \Reading the Limit Data of Contact Check Function" in Chapter 2
for detail. (query only)
Query response is a numeric value in < NR3 > format.
The data is incorrect if the measurement range was changed after dut measurement.
Note
The accuracy of the capacitance data is not guaranteed.
[:SENSe]:CONTact:LIMit
Returns the contact check limit data. Refer to \Reading the Limit Data of Contact Check
Function" in Chapter 2 for detail. (query only)
Query response is a numeric value in < NR3 > format.
