NCU link with different interpolation cycles

Availability
NCU link with different interpolation cycles is an option.
All requirements that apply for link axes must be fulfilled.
If the non-local axes - seen from the point of view of the NCU with the fast interpolation
cycle - are container axes (e.g. with multi-spindle turning machines) the corresponding
option must also be installed.
