Tool-specific grinding data

Tool-specific grinding data
Tool-specific grinding data are available once for every T number (type 400- 499). They are
automatically set up with every new grinding tool (type 400 - 499).
Note
Tool-specific grinding data have the same characteristics as a tool edge.
This is to be taken into account when the number of cuts is specified:
MD18100 $MN_MM_NUM_CUTTING_EDGES_IN_TOA
When all the cutting edges of a tool are deleted, the existing tool-specific grinding data are
deleted at the same time.
Parameters
The parameters are assigned as follows:
Parameter
$TC_TPG1
$TC_TPG2
$TC_TPG3
$TC_TPG4
$TC_TPG5
$TC_TPG6
$TC_TPG7
$TC_TPG8
$TC_TPG9
Additional parameters (user-specific cutting edge data)
$TC_TPC1
to
$TC_TPC10
Definition of additional parameters $TC_DPC1...10
For the user-specific cutting data the additional parameters $TC_DPC1 to $TC_DPC10 can
be implemented independent of the WZ-type. This is done via the general machine data:
MD18096 $MN_MM_NUM_CC_TDA_PARAM
Changes to the MD take effect after POWER ON and will lead to initialization of the
memory (back data up beforehand if necessary!).
