Calibration and Testing

Sensor Test

To perform the Sensor detection test, proceed as fol-
lows:
1. Launch the Performance Test Program (see
page 6-8).
2. Select "
SENSOR_TEST

4. Follow the procedures below.
NOTE: Refer to "Sensor and Roller
Locations" on page 2-18 for the
location of each Sensor.
Sensor
Entrance
Open the Cover.
Centering
PB_IN
Cover/uncover the Sensor with a Banknote.
PB_OUT
Close the Cover firmly.
Insert a Banknote from the bottom of the Unit.
Exit
Open the Cover.
PB Home
Move the PB Guide
manually.
Open the Cover.
Centering Home
Move the Centering
Mechanism manually.
Remove the Cash Box.
Pusher Home
Box Exist Reach to and push each "Arm" linked to the
Sensors on the bottom of the Unit.
Open the Cover.
Cover/uncover the Sensor with a Banknote.
Validation
Close the Cover firmly.
5. Confirm the ON/OFF indication (Detected/NOT
Detected) appeared in the "
(Figure 6-51 a).
6. Click the " "

Aging Test

To perform the Aging Test, proceed as follows:
1. Ensure that the Cash Box is properly installed.
2. Launch the Performance Test Program (see
page 6-8).
3. Select "
