Knife Angle and Cutting Depth Adjustments

Make a test cut and, depending on the
result, adjust the knife angle.
Set the cutting depth adjusting
dial to "0."
Turn ON the key switch.
Put in a set of sheets.
Press both cutting buttons at the
same time.
Check to see if the sheets are cut
evenly. If they are not, the knife is
installed on a slant. Adjust the
knife angle.
1) Loosen the locking screw for the knife angle
adjusting lever.
2) Adjust the knife angle adjusting lever.
CAUTION
Make small adjustments, and
check the results by cutting
the sheets. Do not make large
adjustments.
- If the right side is not cut:
Turn the knife angle adjusting lever clockwise.
- If the left side is not cut:
Turn the knife angle adjusting lever counterclock-
wise.
3) Tighten the locking screw to lock the lever.
