1. Machine Description

This section describes the machine and the screens on the control panel.
1-1 Machine Description
Cut Line Indicator
Cutting Button A
Backgauge Motion Buttons
High Speed Motion Button
When this button is pressed and held, and
the backward or forward button is pressed,
the backgauge moves at a higher speed.
Forward Button
Each time this button is pressed, the backgauge moves
forward by 0.1 mm. When this button is pressed and
held, the backgauge keeps moving forward.
Control Panel
Backward Button
Each time this button is
pressed, the backgauge
moves backward by 0.1 mm.
When this button is pressed
and held, the backgauge
keeps moving backward.
Key Switch
When this switch is ON,
it turns on the hydraulic

pump.
Cutting Button B
The knife operates when
both the A and B buttons
are pressed at the same
time. If either the A or B
button is released, the
clamp and knife retract.
