Clamp Support Plate

If the sheets are marked by the clamp when
they are cut, mount the clamp support
plate.
Installing the plate
Turn OFF the key switch and
power switch.
If the current backgauge position is set at less
than 65 mm (2.560"), move the backgauge
backwards to 65 mm (2.560") or more, then
turn OFF the switches.
Locate the clamp support plate.
The clamp support plate is stored on the
bracket on the back of the machine.
- Whenever the clamp support plate is not
used, keep it on the bracket on the back of
the machine.
- The bracket includes a switch which can
detect the clamp support plate.
- When the clamp support plate is installed
on the bracket, the switch detects this and
changes the minimum cutting length for
the backgauge to 25 mm (0.985").
When the clamp support plate is removed
from the bracket, the machine assumes
that the clamp support plate is installed on
the clamp, and sets the minimum cutting
length to 65 mm (2.560").
Install the clamp support plate
under the clamp.
- There are two pins on the clamp support plate.
Set the support plate so that the pin that is closer
to the end of the clamp support plate is to the
right.
- There are two holes on the bottom of the clamp.
Insert the pins of the clamp support plate into
these holes.
- Insert the clamp support plate until it clicks.
