The Sheets Are Not Cut Parallel

Cutting Face
The sheets have not been aligned correctly by the
backgauge.
The backgauge is not parallel to the knife.

Clamp Mark
The clamp pressure is too strong.

The Sheets Are Contaminated With Grease

If too much grease has been applied, the extra
grease may get onto the paper.
The amount of grease used changes depend-
ing on the frequency of use of the machine. If
the machine is used every day, apply the
grease once a week. If you notice extra grease
leaking onto the paper, apply grease less often.
