Oil Replacement

After the machine has bee used for a long
time, some foreign materials may mix with
the oil and cause deterioration. To maintain
the best machine performance, replace the
oil after the first, third, and fifth year after
purchase.
Remove the lower front cover (six
mounting screws), and drain the
oil from the tank inlet using a
pump.
Add about 40 liters (10.5 gal) of
oil (ISO VG32) through the tank
inlet.
Check the oil gauge to see that
the oil level is between the lower
limit and upper limit.
The black ball indicates the oil level.
If the oil level is low, add more oil while
checking the oil gauge.
Close the tank inlet, and replace
the lower front cover.
