4-3 Creating a Cutting Program
Press the
The Even Divide Cutting Screen appears.
Input "600.0" into the
(Total Length Input).
Press the Total Length Input area. On the
Numeric Keypad Screen, press these buttons:

Numeric Keypad Screen, press these buttons:

- The divide number should be set to be
greater than 2.
- A divide number can not be entered
which would make the divided sheet
length less than the minimum cutting
length (25 mm/0.985").
- The machine can be controlled in step of
0.1 mm (0.004"). Any left-over areas of
less than one decimal place are included
in the last division.
Press the
The cutting length for each step is calculated
automatically from the input values, and
shown on the Programming Screen.
Check the cutting length of each
step that is set automatically.
In this example, the steps 5, 6, 7, and 8 would
be set as shown to the right.
If necessary, set the push-out
function for each step.
