Creating a Cutting Program
Check the cutting length of each
step that is set automatically.
- In this example, the steps from 5 to 10 are set as
shown to the right.
- The value of the fourth step (final trim) is set at
235.0. (55.0x4+5.0x3=235.0)
If necessary, set the push-out
function for each step.
Save the settings to a program.
- The sequence of the steps for the cutting
operation should be stored to a program. Each
program has an identifying program number.
- The program number can range from 1 to 99,
and up to 99 programs can be stored.
An unused program can be deleted. See Section
4-3-6: "Deleting a Program."
1) Press the Program Number Input area.
The Program Select Screen appears.
Select the program number on the Program
Select Screen.
The colors of the program number buttons have
the following meanings:
White: No program is stored.
Gray : A program has already been stored here.
Black: This program is currently selected.
2) Press the
button.
- If a program has already been stored for the
selected program number, the Overwrite OK
Screen appears. If it is OK to overwrite, press
the OK button.
- A program number with a stored program turns
gray.
Now the programming process is complete.
