Sets the bits in the Operation Slot Status Enable Mask (OSSEM) for slot n that enable the contents of the Operation Slot
Status Event Register (OSSER) for slot n to affect the OSESR.
Setting a bit in this register to 1 enables the corresponding bit in the OSSER for slot n to affect bit n of the OSESR.
