syntax:
[:SOURce[n]][:CHANnel[m]]:WAVelength:SWEep:STOP<wsp><stop value>
[PM|NM|UM|MM|M]
description:
Sets the end point of the sweep.
Cannot be set while a sweep is running.
parameters:
The wavelength at which the sweep ends as a float value in meters.
If you specify no units in your command, meters are used as the default.
