Possible Cause
There is a obstruction in the moistener pad assembly area.

Solution
Check that there is enough E-Z Seal® sealing

solution in the envelope sealant bottle.
Remove or lift the moistener pad assembly. Verify
l
that there is no interference with the pad, that the
pad is wet and that there is E-Z Seal® solution in
the small reservoir.
Check the envelopes, and ensure that the contents
l
are tamped to the upper right hand corner.
