Ship a Package
View the Refund History
1. Select History then Request a Refund from the Ship A Package home screen.
2. Select Postage balance adjustment link on the Request a Refund screen to view the refund
history for the past 90 days.
3. To view refunds for a specific range of dates, set the beginning and end dates by clicking on the
calendar icons and selecting the dates.
4. Select Run Report.
5. To view only those transactions that are eligible for refunds, select the View Eligible Transaction
link.
