17. Board replacement procedure

17.5 Calibrate Motor Control Board

When calibrating the Motor Control Board
A full calibration of the Motor Control Board is required in case the Motor Control Board has been replaced or in case of any service
intervention on the High Contrast plate or Lens Holder.
How to start the calibration process of the Motor Control Board?
1. Ensure that a Lens is mounted. If no Lens is mounted the zoom and focus functionality will not be calibrated.
Note: The Lens zoom and focus can also be calibrated separately.
2. Start up the projector. No need to ignite the lamp.
3. Press the MENU button and enter the Alignment menu.

4. Select Lens in the Alignment menu using the UP/DOWN arrow buttons. Do NOT enter the Lens menu.

5. Press four times the numeric key "9".
As a result the popup menu Calibrate All appears with the request to start the calibration.

6. Press the ENTER key to start the calibration.
As a result the popup menu with the message "Calibrating motor board" appears and remains until the calibration is done.
