Code 7953: "Fan speed power supply left too low" (Warning)
Situation
Partial blocked power supply left fan

Unblock the fan. Ensure that the fan can turn freely.
Check if the wire unit of the fan is not damaged. Repair if possible, otherwise replace
with new one.
