5. Troubleshooting
Code 7937: "Fan speed heat exchanger front too low" (Warning)
Situation
Partial blocked heat exchanger fan
(reference 1image 5-52) Fan is still
turning but something slows down
the fan speed.
Damaged wire unit (reference

20image 5-49)
Malfunction Fan Control board.
Heat exchanger fan end of life.

Code 7938: "Fan speed heat exchanger front too high" (Warning)
Situation
Malfunction heat exchanger fan
(reference 1 image 5-50).
Malfunction Fan Control board.
Code 7939: "Fan speed heat exchanger front too high" (Error)
This error code is probably preceded by the warning code 7938: "Fan speed heat exchanger too high". The same troubleshooting
table can be applied to.
Code 7940: "Fan speed mains input too low" (Error)
This error code is probably preceded by the warning code 7940: "Fan speed mains input too low". The same troubleshooting table
can be applied to.
Code 7941: "Fan speed mains input too low" (Warning)
Situation
Partial blocked mains input fan
(reference 2image 5-53) Fan is still
turning but something slows down
the fan speed.
Damaged wire unit (reference
1image 5-53 and reference
20image 5-49)
Malfunction Fan Control board.
Mains input fan end of life.

Solution
Unblock the fan. Ensure that the fan can turn freely. Fan is mounted above the heat
exchanger.
Check if the wire unit of the fan is not damaged. Repair if possible, otherwise replace
with new one.
