Code 7713: "Power supply primary PFC temp short" (Error)
Situation
Damaged wire unit of the
temperature sensor (reference
3 image 5-35 and image 5-33).
Defect temperature sensor
(reference 3image 5-35) which
measures the temperature at
heatsink of the primary side of the
SMPS.
Code 7720: "Power interrupt" (Error)
Situation
The power applied to the projector
have been interrupted for a short
period.
Code 7721: "Lamp switch open" (Error)
Situation
The Lamp House is not correctly
installed.
Defect micro switch (reference 4
image 5-37).
Wire unit of the micro switch
(reference 5 image 5-37)
disconnected from the Power
distribution board.

Solution
Repair or replace the wire unit.
Replace the temperature sensor mounted on the heatsink of the primary side of the
SMPS (reference 3image 5-35).
Solution
Check the commercial power net.
Solution
Check if the Lamp House is properly installed. Make sure that all three fixation screws
(reference 1, 2 & 3 image 5-36) of the Lamp House are fastened. See installation
procedure XXXX.
Replace the micro switch.
Check if the wire unit (reference 6 image 5-38) is plugged in the Power Distribution board.
