4. Ensure that each switch managed by the Server and Client service
processors has a unique IP address:
a. The switches should have the following IP addresses (Change
them as described in step 4b):

b. Change the IP address on the switch. On the ED-1032 you can
do this on the operator panel. On other Connectrix M-series
switches and directors, use either the embedded Web server
interface or the service port on the rear of the switch/director.
Refer to the switch-specific user guides for the proper
procedures for setting IP addresses.
c. If you change an IP address on an switch, you must also
change it in the Connectrix Manager Product View.
5. All directors managed by Client service processors must be
defined on the Server service processor:
a. In the Product View on the Server service processor, right-click
on a blank area, then click New on the pop-up menu.
b. On the New Product dialog box, enter the IP address of a
director that is managed by a Client service processor, then
click OK.
c. Repeat steps a and b for all directors that are to be
consolidated.
6. Delete all consolidated products from the Product View of all
Client service processors:
a. In the Product View, right-click an icon to be deleted.
b. On the pop-up menu, click Delete.
c. Click Yes on the confirmation window.
