Planning Telephone and Modem Connections

In the event of a field-replaceable unit (FRU) failure, the Connectrix
service processor has a call-home feature that sends a message
through an external modem to a support center. This connection
requires a dedicated phone line.
A service representative or system administrator at the Connectrix
service processor may require technical telephone support. It is
recommended (but not required) that an additional telephone line be
available near the EC-1200 cabinet.
