Difference between Target and Actual Configuration

A diagnostics is performed by the coupler when there is a difference between
the module configuration of the I/O controller and the number of connected
sub-modules (I/O modules).
The BlockType in the head structure of the data set corresponds to the
value of the module differences (0x8104). The length gives information on the
differences between the configured and connected modules or sub-modules.
A structure head is used for the module differences.

The number of data sets for each module that has been faulty configured is
stored in the head structure.
