BRAKES (CAB)
RIGHT FRONT SENSOR CIRCUIT FAILURE —
TEST

Turn ignition off.
Disconnect the Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor connector.
Note: Check connector - Clean/repair as necessary.
Disconnect the CAB Connector.
Note: Check connector - Clean/repair as necessary.
Connect a jumper wire between the Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor 12 Volt Supply
Circuit and ground.
Measure the resistance between the Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor 12 Volt Supply
Circuit and ground.
Is the resistance below 5 ohms?
Yes → Go To 8
→ Repair the Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor 12 Volt Supply
No

Turn ignition off.
Disconnect the Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor connector.
Note: Check connector - Clean/repair as necessary.
Disconnect the CAB Connector.
Note: Check connector - Clean/repair as necessary.
Connect a jumper wire between the Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor Signal Circuit
and ground.
Measure the resistance between the Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor Signal Circuit
and ground.
Is the resistance below 5 ohms?
Yes → Go To 9
→ Repair the Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor Signal Circuit Open.
No

Turn ignition off.
Disconnect the Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor connector.
Note: Check connector - Clean/repair as necessary.
Disconnect the CAB Connector.
Note: Check connector - Clean/repair as necessary.
Measure the resistance between the Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor 12 Volt Circuit
and ground.
Is the resistance below 15,000 ohms?
Yes → Repair the Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor 12 Volt Supply
→ Go To 10
No
ACTION
Circuit Open.
Perform ABS VERIFICATION TEST.
Perform ABS VERIFICATION TEST.
Circuit Shorted to Ground.
Perform ABS VERIFICATION TEST.
