CAB POWER FEED CIRCUIT —
TEST

Turn the ignition off.
Disconnect the ABS SOL Fuse from the PDC.
Disconnect the CAB connector.
Note: Check connector - Clean/repair as necessary.
Using a test light connected to 12 volts, probe the Fused B(+) Circuit.
Is the test light on?
Yes → Repair the Fused B(+) Circuit Shorted to Ground.
No

Turn the ignition off.
Disconnect the ABS SOL Fuse from the PDC.
Disconnect the CAB connector.
Note: Check connector - Clean/repair as necessary.
Measure the resistance of the Fused Ignition Switch Output circuit between the Fuse
and the CAB connector.
Is the resistance below 5 ohms?
Yes → Go To 6
No

Turn the ignition off.
Disconnect the ABS SOL Fuse from the PDC.
Using a test light connected to 12 volts, probe the Fused B(+) Circuit.
Is the test light on?
Yes → Replace the CAB.
No

Turn the ignition off.
If there are no potential causes remaining, replace the Fuse.
View repair options.
Repair

Turn the ignition off.
Disconnect the ABS SOL Fuse from the PDC.
Disconnect the CAB connector.
Note: Check connector - Clean/repair as necessary.
Measure the resistance of the Fused Ignition Switch Output circuit between the Fuse
and the CAB connector.
Is the resistance below 5 ohms?
Yes → Go To 9
No

If there are no potential causes remaining, replace the CAB.
View repair options.
Repair
ACTION
Perform ABS VERIFICATION TEST.
→ Go To 5
→ Repair Fused B(+) Circuit Open.
Perform ABS VERIFICATION TEST.
Perform ABS VERIFICATION TEST.
→ Go To 7
Replace the Fuse.
Perform ABS VERIFICATION TEST.
→ Repair Fused B(+) Circuit Open.
Perform ABS VERIFICATION TEST.
Replace the CAB.
Perform ABS VERIFICATION TEST.
