Avalon-ST x16, and x32 configuration schemes use both SDM I/O and general-purpose I/Os (GPIOs) for device configuration.
The GPIO pin assignments are fixed. The SDM I/O pin assignments are flexible. You assign SDM I/O pin functions using the
