Modifies the QoS resource buffer allocation. The
allowed buffer allocation modes for all QoS interfaces
are as follows:
• regular
• large
• lossless
• maximum
Note: The buffer mode determines the level of resource
sharing across interfaces sharing the same port
hardware.
