Hide/display the multiple peak displays

To hide/display the multiple peak displays:
Click View > Show Peak Display 2 to show a second peak display.
Click View > Show Peak Display 3 to show a third peak display.
A check mark is displayed beside the menu item when the peak display is

The Tune window Wizards menu

The Wizards menu is used to:
• Configuring the instrument for accurate mass.
• Configuring the instrument for calibration.
Note: Before running either of the wizards, ensure that your instrument is
tuned for good resolution relative to the ionization mode you are using.

Tuning using the Instrument Setup wizard

To tune using the Instrument Setup wizard:
In the Tune window, click Wizards > Instrument Setup.
Result: The Instrument Setup wizard window appears.
