Set the size of the correction to be applied to mass
measurements to compensate for the effect of temper-
ature drift.

The intensity threshold for peak detection, usually set
to 1.
Sets the minimum peak width for peak detection. The
range is usually within the range 2 to 6. Increase the
value if peak splitting is observed in centroid
acquisitions.
The default value of 0.7 usually gives optimum mass
measurement on intense peaks.
