6. In the Tune window, click
GCT Premier Tune Acquire dialog box:
7. In the GCT Premier Tune Acquire dialog box Data pane Format list,
click Centroid.
8. In the Mass pane, set Start Mass to 50 and Set End Mass to 650.
9. In the Dynamic Range pane, ensure that Use DRE is not selected.
10. Click Start.
Result: The instrument starts collecting calibration data.
