ip routing multicast holddown
To configure the IPv4 multicast routing initial holddown period, use the ip routing multicast holddown
command. To revert to the default holddown period, use the no form of this command.
Syntax Description

period

The holddown period is 210 seconds.

Usage Guidelines
To display the holddown period configuration, use this command line:
switch(config)# show running-config | include "ip routing multicast holddown"
This command does not require a license.
Examples
This example shows how to configure the routing holddown period:
switch(config)# ip routing multicast holddown 100
