ip pim anycast-rp
To configure an IPv4 Protocol Independent Multicast (PIM) Anycast-RP peer for the specified
Anycast-RP address, use the ip pim anycast-rp command. To remove the peer, use the no form of this
command.
Syntax Description

Usage Guidelines
Each command with the same Anycast-RP address forms an Anycast-RP set. The IP addresses of RPs
are used for communication with RPs in the set.
This command requires the LAN Base Services license.
Examples
This example shows how to configure a PIM Anycast-RP peer:
switch# configure terminal
switch(config)# ip pim anycast-rp 192.0.2.3 192.0.2.31
This example shows how to remove a peer:
switch# configure terminal
switch(config)# no ip pim anycast-rp 192.0.2.3 192.0.2.31
