Install Processor (CPU)
Oracle ILOM lists all known faults, for example:
SP/faultmgmt
Targets:
0 (/SYS/MB/P0)
Properties:
Commands:
cd
show
c.
To clear the fault, type the following command:
->
set /SYS/MB/P
For example, to clear a fault on P0:
-> set /SYS/MB/P0 clear_fault_action=true
Are you sure you want to clear /SYS/MB/P0 (y/n)? y
Set 'clear_fault_action' to 'true'

Servicing the Boot Disk Backplane (FRU)

Note -
2, Oracle Database Appliance X4-2, Oracle Database Appliance X5-2 or Oracle Database
Appliance X6 series. Refer to the preceding chapters in this document for information on
servicing those systems.
The Oracle Database Appliance Version 1 boot disk backplane (BDB) serves as an interface
between the motherboard and the rear-mounted disk drives.
The boot disk backplane is a FRU and can only be replaced by an Oracle-qualified service
technician.
Caution -
sensitive to static discharge. This sensitivity can cause the component to fail. To avoid damage,
ensure that you follow antistatic practices as described in
