Voltage Measurement

The module has terminals for low voltage measurement within the range ±250 mV and
E
terminals for voltage measurement within ±30 V range. The
age measurement terminals with a range of ±250 mV. The
used when measuring/simulating thermocouples using an external Reference Junction.

Hint!
Low voltage measurement can be used for non-standard thermo-
couple measurement. You will see the measured temperature in
millivolts and need a table to convert the measured millivolt value to
corresponding temperature values. In this case, use copper exten-
sion cords to connect the non-standard thermocouple to MC5-IS'
terminals.
