MC5-IS parallels the test diode of the transmitter and measures
the externally supplied output current of the transmitter. For more
information concerning test diode connections of HART instru-
ments, see Appendix 1, chapter Connecting MC5-IS and a HART
Instrument on page 131.
Note.
In higher temperatures: The leakage of the diode in the instrument
may affect the accuracy.
