 Parameter That Specifies the Homing Creep Speed
The following parameter sets the homing creep speed. Operation details, such as changing to
this speed, depends on the homing method.

 Parameter That Specifies the Homing Final Travel Distance
This parameter sets the travel distance after the motor changes to the creep speed. The stop-
ping position when this travel is completed is set as the setting of Pn63C (Origin Position).
If a negative value is set, the movement direction will be reversed after the motor changes to
the creep speed.
